For insurance professionals
More than 20 years’ experience, 27 assessors,
10 support staff and continual development of our IT system enable us to provide insurance companies with an incredibly broad skills matrix as well as rigorous processes for managing assessment assignments.
These quality standards meet, and often surpass,
the requirements laid down in the client specifications that we are committed to fulfil.
DB Group uses the global IT solution DIGITEASY and its mobile app, a real asset and guarantee of efficiency for assessors working in the field.
A few concrete examples of our processes:
- Assignments added to the system and contact made with the policyholder and/or
the broker within 48 hours,
- Contact made immediately for urgent assignments,
- Appointment made within 15 days (except in the event of extreme weather),
- All incoming correspondence added to the case within 48 hours and therefore ready for use by the assessor or the support team,
- Assessment report sent within 3 days of the appointment.
With our numerous loss adjusters located right across the region, and the development of our “Paperless” technology, we are able to respond promptly throughout our coverage area in Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
As our support team inputs the claim, the designated assessor automatically receives all the details on their digital tablet and is therefore ready to carry out the assessment and analyse the claim remotely taking into account, for example, preventative measures in place.
To maximise efficiency, you will be given the mobile phone number for our assessors. Please do not hesitate to contact them directly if you need a specific piece of information about a claim. (Note: schedules, and therefore meetings, are ONLY managed by our support team).
